Xendit is a leading payment gateway in Southeast Asia. Part of the Finance Automation team, building internal tooling for reconciliation, treasury, accounting, and financial operations.

  • Architected self-serve Transaction Inquiry Recorder, replacing per-bank hardcoded parsers with generic config-driven system; reducing bank onboarding time from ~1 week to ~10 minutes across 650+ accounts.
  • Engineered a self-serve Auto-sweep system, replacing hardcoded configurations with database-driven scheduler + workers; reducing bank onboarding or update time from > 1 days to ~5 minutes .
  • Automated bulk CoreTax tax invoice & withholding tax downloads with reliable, fault-tolerant processing; eliminating 2–3 days of manual work per month down to 20 minutes unattended .
  • Implemented a Maker-Checker approval workflow for ledger transactions, expanding coverage from 2 to all 26 transaction types — ensuring 100% of financial movements require dual-control before execution.
  • Built a centralized Bank Account Master Data system with Maker-Checker approval and immutable audit logs, consolidating 1,100+ bank accounts data from 11 fragmented Google Sheets .
  • Migrated 140+ reconciliation notebooks from Databricks to GCP with automated validation tooling ensuring zero disruption to existing processes; saving $15k/month in infrastructure costs
  • Delivered a Miscellaneous Tracker system centralizing 1,200+ FinOps-initiated money movements from Google Sheets into a structured system with validation, bulk upload, and automated reconciliation.
  • Revamped ledger management: expanded ledger history from latest 100 to flexible 50k+ records , added field filtering, bulk upload with validation preview, and prefunding & reversal flow.
